A great three day break in Barcelona in April was just the ticket for this sales force. After a year-long incentive programme, managed by Diligence we staged a three day sales conference and incentive in the Catalan capital of Barcelona.
The itinerary included a Business Session presented by our own Diligence compere, two great evenings of fine dining, including a Gala Dinner with a full programme of entertainment and an afternoon of beach teambuilding.
Our base for the three days was a five star hotel in the nearby resort of Sitges and delegates were also offered the opportunity to have a choice of day trips plus sightseeing in the City.
So successful was this incentive campaign that further incentives were organised to Dublin, Marbella and the Algarve.
